Casual Space is a new development in Vancouver, Canada.  This brochure expands on the concept of casual living. The art direction evokes the idea that the owner has the freedom to decorate and furnish their home in any way they want – emphasized by the dining set on the floor.

The colours themselves are arranged in a layout that maximizes contrast.  the dark green and pink are meant to give off a sense of contemporary ease. The pink is meant to relax, while the green gives off a sense of homeliness. The font was chosen to give off a vintage “art-deco” motif, that gives off a sense of approachable elegance. Lastly, the “Live in a Cool Breeze Home” written on the left side, fully emphasizes the comfort of a happy home.
